  I purchased roses for our first anniversary January 2,2026 and im very disappointed they were delivered already dying. 3 days later and they are mostly dead. Dennis Pierfelice

  I had a delivery from this location with flowers in very rough shape. They were brown and when I went to put them in the vase petals literally fell off several of them. I called and the young lady I spoke to put me on hold for several minutes and came back after speaking ti her manager. He said I have to bring the flowers back to prove that they were not good. They close at 5pm, which doesn’t allow me to get there after work. I tried to explain that I live almost an hour away, but work here, so I’m not coming in on Sunday to show you old flowers. She said flowers naturally shed. I couldn’t speak to a manager because he wasn’t there, and he doesn’t give out contact information. No apology. No resolution options other than to put all of the burden on me. No thanks Edible Arrangements.

  I don't know what their fruit bouquets are like but the bakery they make them out of is a joke. I took my 3 year old daughter here at 3:00 pm on a Wednesday. The place was dead. The lady working took 5 minutes to even look up at us. When she finally came over I smiled and waved, she made a point to not make eye contact and just seemed very frustrated we had entered. When she came to the counter I asked her about the Christmas cookies, because it's September. She gave me some story about a party someone threw. I bought a chocolate chip cookie and went to exit as fast as I could after all that. Then she decided to perk up and give my daughter one of the christmax cookies. As I got to my car me and my daughter took a bite of the cookies. They were so disgusting my daughter make me let her spit it into my hand. The taste of spoiled flour and baking soda was overwhelming the moment we took a bit. I have a feeling all of the cookies in those windows are far from fresh. Steer clear.

  This is the second year in a row I've used Edible Arrangements & this specific location. Both times the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The fruit was as fresh as it would be if I had made the arrangement & delivered it myself. It also lasted a week before getting weird, as fruit does over time. The fruits I chose were strawberries, grapes, honeydew & cantelope as well as pineapple (not all in one arrangement, but over the 2 times I used them). Definitely will go back for anything in the future.
