They were brown and when I went to put them in the vase petals literally fell off several of them. I called and the young lady I spoke to put me on hold for several minutes and came back after speaking ti her manager. He said I have to bring the flowers back to prove that they were not good. They close at 5pm, which doesn’t allow me to get there after work. I tried to explain that I live almost an hour away, but work here, so I’m not coming in on Sunday to show you old flowers. She said flowers naturally shed. I couldn’t speak to a manager because he wasn’t there, and he doesn’t give out contact information. No apology. No resolution options other than to put all of the burden on me. No thanks Edible Arrangements.

Strawberries were upside-down and WHITE, grapes were literally sprinkled on top. A total embarrassing Valentines gift.. I will not order from Edible Arrangements again.
