I had been there earlier that week so I already knew what I was getting and I understood that because of the brand name that only 1 shoe was out& the other behind the register. However the 2nd pair that I picked appeared to be the same situation I moved quickly& headed to the register. Waited in line and then was told that the 2nd pair that I had was a display shoe & I needed to go back and get it. I have a 6 year old & 1 year old w/me so I’m thinking she would radio to someone on the floor to go get it but no she made go back. I grab my children and go back and get the shoe. It’s 5 mins before closing at this point and she (Tracy) let another person infront of me and I continue to wait. I rang up my purchase and still try to straighten up what my youngest has displaced at the front end. I have worked retail so I get it when it’s close to closing. But I could have been out quicker had she just radioed for some to get the display shoe for me. I don’t ever want ppl to get fired but I would like a write up or talking too cause Tracy really irritated me for making me walk all the back and not even holding my place cause she insisted I go back and get the shoe.
