Tried talking to the owner nicely and it got me nowhere not even 1$ or a sorry. Keep ripping people off the only thing I can do is give 1 stars learn how to run a business and listen to your customers maybe act like you care. I would of rather burned 55$ it was completely useless

Before buying, I asked if I could test them in the store and the employee said that was fine. When I tried it, the flavor was clearly burnt. Instead of exchanging it, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer. This was right after spending $200+ in the store. I explained that it was defective right out of the box and asked for a simple exchange, but the shop refused and didn’t care about keeping a customer. Very poor customer service and bad business practices. I won’t be coming back.
