My fiancé made a review on the Woodstock site and walked in the next day to show them the 8 year old product that was exploded inside the package. The gentleman, working at the Utica Woodstock on 10/24/2025, said "yea I read your review you can leave." I wanted to show him the ruined juul pods and he just ignored us and told us to leave. They are selling 8-10 year old items and fake products that are just scams. Been there my whole life and never had a problem. Won't go to any Woodstock ever again after this. I know its one customer or two customers not coming back and won't do anything, but the audacity of those two workers should revaluate their product and lives for that rudeness and just plain disrespect.
