They updated me when the delivery was on its way, and followed up with both an email and a phone call once the tray was delivered. The fruit tray itself was beautifully arranged, and the quality of the fruit was excellent—fresh and flavorful. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer service, and I want to give credit where it's due. Caution Regarding Lapeer Rd., Lake Orion Location: In contrast, my experience with the Lapeer Rd. location in Lake Orion has been very disappointing. The fruit quality was poor. Some of it rotted, and despite reaching out to them, I received no response, no offer to rectify the issue, and no refund. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. They are independently owned; there is no customer service. Each store handles their own issues.

I was told I could replace the order by paying for new shipping Product being delivered was not edible, I was then told that they could not honor the confirmation. They made the day before specifically from Abby a team member at this location. I’ve been customer service for over eight years have never been spoken to over the phone like that, extremely entitled individual If you order from this location don't expect any customer service
