- CCCloudFeb 10, 20261.0I placed a order at 7 am and decided to send out a early mother's day gift. (4 days ahead) So I paid extra for same day delivery but they wanna deliver on there own time. They instead delivered it on mother's day but the flowers had already came dead and chocolate was already melted and every thing else waa all soft and mushy. What's the point the point picking your own delivery time if they gonna chose it for you anyways. Scams! Paid extra for no reason and they decided to deliver it after 8pm when it was already dark so my mom never knew some one came to the house to deliver because so dark outside now so it was left over night till mid afternoon when she woke up. They refuse to refund and blame my mother for not knowing it was delivered.

They updated me when the delivery was on its way, and followed up with both an email and a phone call once the tray was delivered. The fruit tray itself was beautifully arranged, and the quality of the fruit was excellent—fresh and flavorful. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer service, and I want to give credit where it's due. Caution Regarding Lapeer Rd., Lake Orion Location: In contrast, my experience with the Lapeer Rd. location in Lake Orion has been very disappointing. The fruit quality was poor. Some of it rotted, and despite reaching out to them, I received no response, no offer to rectify the issue, and no refund. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. They are independently owned; there is no customer service. Each store handles their own issues.
