I just recently brought two pairs of my lounoutins to this place to be repaired and resoled, the staff was so nice and very helpful. Prices are not outrageous and are very fair. One pair of my boots needed a stitch repaired and he so nicely glued it to allow me to wear it for my birthday and then could be brought back for professional repair. Both my boots and my heels look fantastic after being fixed here. Thank you! Will be back again
- VMValerie MarchandJan 2, 20261.0Worst experience and zero accountability. I dropped off my shoes for repair around May and was told the work would take a couple of months. In August, I stopped by in person to check on them since I hadn’t received a call. At that point, staff could not locate my shoes and said they would contact me once they found them. These were Vince flats that cost nearly $400. Since then, I have called multiple times, only to be placed on hold until the call disconnects. No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

The owner Rob took time out of his busy schedule to fix the insert in my shoe and corrected it for a big house I have on the bottom of my foot. 100% better already and he was very kind and didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend his business
