I was greeted by Pat, an awesome employee who did everything he could for me to find what I needed in the limited time we had to shop. (We came in an hour before closing.) Pat, again was totally willing to do whatever he could to get me fitted and looking sharp as I could. I will certainly be back!

Then I remembered the big and tall store! I called to see what time they were open till as I was standing in the mall, and said be there in 10 mins! Tracy was extremely helpful, polite and understanding! She started by explaining how they do business, with measuring, keeping sizes on file, etc. We found exactly what we were looking for and more! I feel like we found a honey hole! We will be back for sure!! Keep up the good work Tracy, great. Ya timer service! You rock!!
