- KEKaren EnglandMar 11, 20261.0Sadly I took my wedding ring to repair the prongs on the larger diamond. Like I have done in the past, we bought my ring at Kramer 40 years ago. This time I get it back with the small diamonds askew. I take my husband's wedding ring to have it sized down to a 10 so I can wear it after he passed away. I get it back and it's a 9¾. I have taken several items there for a pair with no problem. The only thing I can think of is the person that used to do repairs has retired and they have someone new. It's very disappointing. To me my jewelry has great sentimental value. My mother was a long time customer and my brother bought several items for his wife when they were located in Southfield. It was their great customer service and quality repairs that had us coming back but not anymore.
