I ordered a sterling silver unicorn ring. The picture they used on their Etsy didn’t do it justice. It’s so dainty and cute. It’s an absolute MUST for any unicorn lover who also loves jewelry

My mother was a long time client and because of this, my sister and I had taken her daughter-in-law (to be) there for her rings. When it was my turn to get married I went there as well, the end of June 2025. I asked if the ring could be done by the end of July and was told yes, no problem at all. I was designing the ring myself from stones that I was gifted of my mother's, after her passing. My fiance opted for 1 of the diamonds in his band and I was to have the rest in my ring along with a sapphire. Weeks later we got a call that the rings were ready, however, when my fiance went to retrieve the rings mine was not in the mix. He was told that there was an issue, something about a miscommunication on their end and they never even started it, I was called right away. Since the wedding was fast approaching I asked the owner over the phone if this could still be done in time and was told YES! The renderings were painfully not what I had asked for and thrown together since we were running out of time, (the main stone was not centered on the band, etc). It took several days to tweak the design, with the addition of them being closed on Mondays. We received a call just days before the wedding that the ring was complete and my fiance returned. He paid and brought it to me. They didn't use 1 stone of my mother's in my ring (they were in a small baggy within the store bag), instead they used their own stones and charged him for them. He went back and had to convince them of a refund. The woman behind the counter was telling him that he still liked his ring and should keep it, also that removing the diamond from his band would ruin the stone (which added to the insult), she also said they were going to have to eat some money by ruining the gold band that they had to order in a size they didn't have in the showcase. We did not care about saving them any money. In the end, we ended up getting married without rings. This was a profoundly negative experience, and something that we will never forget. I do not recommend them and it saddens me to say that, especially since these were my mothers stones who was a long time customer. Heartbreaking.
