  I’ve really enjoyed shopping here for the past year! The only reason why I haven’t given it a five star is because when I walked in at 11 AM after being detained by the train and I told them that - they still would not give me my early bird discount. Since I drive almost a half hour to get here and pass several dispensaries on the way that kind of didn’t sit well with me. I felt that they should have made an exception as I spend anywhere from $100-$350 every time I go in ….even though 15%, isn’t that much it does add up and it would’ve made their Customer happy. Instead, I walked away a little disappointed.

  This was the worst dispensary experience I’ve ever had. Before placing my second order, I updated the account information on the website so that everything was under my name and my information. When the delivery driver arrived, the paperwork still had the old name on it because the dispensary failed to update their system properly. I tried to explain to the driver that I had already changed the information online and even showed proof on the website, but she would not listen and kept talking to her manager on the phone instead of addressing what I was showing her. She also had a very dismissive attitude the entire time. Because the name on their paperwork didn’t match, they refused to complete the delivery even though I had my valid ID and proof that the account information had been updated. The situation could have easily been resolved if the driver or the manager had taken a moment to actually listen and verify what I was showing them. When I called the store to resolve it, I was told to place the order again. After attempting to do that, the system would not allow it because delivery was already closed. Instead of fixing the mistake on their end, they tried offering reward points, which does not solve the problem. Overall, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to properly manage customer account information. I will not be ordering from this dispensary again.
