    Dear Lane Bryant Macomb Mall, in Michigan, specifically. I wanted to write a thank you to the young lady who helped me select a sports bra (and order another size) for my child who didn't feel comfortable coming into the store. I wish I would have gotten your name, but you were so kind to me when I explained the situation, affirming to me when I needed to be real, and I wanted you to know, and your store to know, that this was the best customer experience I have had at a clothing store in a long time. This experience happened on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in the evening. The first item we bought didn't work, so we are waiting on the item you had shipped to my house. Thank you--I hope you see this review, and thank you Lane Bryant for hiring people who care about their customers. If I find out your name, I will add it to this review, or write another. Sincerely, a very appreciative mom.
