After confirming over the phone on 12/30 my lifetime warranty, I went into this location on 12/31 and was told I need the original paperwork. I informed the associate I misplaced the paperwork, she informed me I would need to bring it inorder to get service. I informed her I spoke to representative over the phone the day before and she was able to confirm my plan and not sure why it was an issue for her. I've had the same repair service done at this location and don't understand why the inconsistency. I gave my name and phone number and seen a button on the screen that said select. The representative then tried to click on it and told me I don't have a plan. I felt the representative was being lazy and incompetent. I explained that I have been getting the same repair service for the past few years, she told me to bring in the original paperwork, that I told her previously I MISPLACED. I will be contacting a manager and the warranty repair company. I will never by jewelry again from this sorry place.

It didn’t end there all the sizes I was looking for were stocked even though It was a busy day and the parking lot was packed. Then when I was ready to finalize my purchases I had the pleasure of Stephanie at check out. She was so kind, and greeted everyone with a positive attitude. So when she asked me to fill out her survey you know I had too. I left very happy and at the day this shopping experience made me realize how hard working employees are critical to keeping in person shopping alive and well.
