She goes above and beyond whenever I have an issue and even when I'm just stopping in to do some light shopping. She even contacted me directly to resolve an issue with an online order that I had. The issue was completely out of her control (the store got shipped the wrong item) but she made absolute certain I got the correct item and in a timely fashion. She's a real one.
