  Dunhams is the best place for a great sale on firearms and James is super patient and knowledgeable. I recommend a weekday afternoon so it's not super busy. A+

  I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff at Dunham’s, especially Nate in the Firearms Department. Nate was extremely knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Not only did I leave the store completely satisfied, but he took the time to ensure I fully understood the entire process before I left. He was patient, thorough, and even helped me find discounts something you don’t always experience these days. When I returned the next day, I had the pleasure of meeting Dwayne, the Store Manager, and I can honestly say it’s true what they say: a team really is a reflection of its leader. Just like Nate, Dwayne went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Thank you both so much. You’ve absolutely earned a loyal customer, and I’ll be returning to Dunham’s for all of my sporting needs! Andrea Lewis

  Called in asked to be transferred to firearms today dec 30 2025 at 1 35 pm the person there was very rude disrespectful when I asked there name they wouldn't give when I asked for store manager they hung up on me I called back got the store manager Duane he was no help told me he heard the employee but not what I was saying and blew me off proceeding to ask about a item I wanted. I called corporate never will I spend money at dunhams again
