  The staff at this American Eagle store - especially Richard and Alejandra - are the sweetest and most helpful human beings ever! I was having major issues getting funds off an AE gift card but both staff members were incredibly kind and patient, and spent over 1.5hrs trying *literally* every solution in the book to solve my issue (at this point, we all basically trauma bonded 😛). Every time I come into this store I experience super friendly and attentive service, easy returns, a clean/organized space, and a large selection of products and sizes, and today I felt even more valued as a customer than usual. Thank you both so so much for everything!

  Worst return policy, if you don’t have the receipt they don’t do the return even you present the card you paid with. Even after a day of a sale!!!!!!!!

  I just went in store to return some items on Friday night that I had bought online a few months ago. I went through my emails (I get a lot) and couldn't find the receipt and told the girl at the register this. She said she can't refund me but can give me store credit, which I said was okay. Another girl then came over and asked the original girl that was helping me and myself when I bought the shirt. I said I'm not sure but I know it was a couple months ago. She responded "We had this item in October 2023. We can't give you store credit without proof of purchase." (What is the point of store credit then?)Her response was smart and I ended up going through my emails and finding the receipt. I made the purchase in April 2024. I'm not sure why she felt the need to throw that in there but it felt judgmental and accusatory.
