As a former employee of the store in Saginaw, I know that is the standard of customer service, and sadly, this store lacked that. As for the store itself, not much has changed in the lack of selection of size 12 wide. This was a frustration when I was an employee as well. Thankfully I went online and was able to find something that I hope will fit properly. Please stock more selection for the larger sizes and wide widths. Women's feet do not stop growing at size 11.

She told us about their deals & offered to help if she can. I found a white pair of beaded shoes that I loved. I was hesitant on getting them as I was worried about them getting ruined. As a wedding gift she offered to water protect them for free. Needless to say I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of shoes that I loved. The girls working at the checkout desk were also super friendly!
