However, I asked for assistance from what looked like the manager, and she didn't even acknowledge me, she just turned away from me and demanded another employee to open the dressing room for me. I had already been waiting in line for a dressing room for about 25 minutes. They have many nice dress options for all categories of events. I put a couple dresses on hold to think it over. I decided that I didn't want them. I called within a couple hours to tell them I wouldn't be picking them up. I thought that would be appreciated so they can put them back on the floor. Whoever I talked to just said ok, so I hung up. She didn't say "thank you." She didn't ask for a name. There was an awkward pause as I waited for her to ask what the name was under. Just plain rude.
