    I went here looking for a suit. Only one person working. Not helpful at all. They wouldn't measure you I had to go walk around the store to actively look for an employee just to find out they don't do this. Horrible customer service.

    Had a miserable experience in this store with an employee named Heidi in the jewelry department that acted like she didnt want to help me. I have a coupon sent to me in the mail says it gives 40% off or an extra 10% off select categories/single use. I read the fine print and it said watches were included in the sale. Her and a manager tell me they won't take 40% off or even an additional 10% off and discounts never go over 15% off on watches. Don't waste your time at this failing jcpenny. Staff i encountered dont seem to care about the customers and they have little to no merchandise in the store to choose from anyway. All in all this place will leave you underwhelmed best case scenario.

    Lady working the jewelry department. Ignored mr both times I needed her assistance today. While ringing me up, she tried interviewing about why and didn't have a 517 area code phone with a valid Michigan ID to use my credit card. Today is the second time she run me up. A couple of weeks ago, she was also rude to me, and very impatient, today she was rude and each time while standing near the glass cases, in her direct view, I had to speak to her and ask her for assistance. Just a low budget rude person. PREJUDING PEOPLE IS DEFINITELY HER DOWN FALL AS AN EMPLOYEE FOR JCP
