As I approached the counter to make a purchase, the customer service representative completely ignored me. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even eye contact—just a complete disregard for my presence. Good customer service is a basic expectation, especially when I'm choosing to spend my money at a store. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. That brief interaction (or lack thereof) was enough to leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I shop at this location. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated moving forward.
