  Went in today looking at the Peter Millar section, I was greeted when I walked in the men’s clothing area and while I was looking at the clothes Robert came up to me and assisted me, there wasn’t anything in my size and Robert went above and beyond to help me find things I could compare. I ended up purchasing 2 things that will be shipped to my house. I hope Robert receives this review and he made me feel welcome and insured about my online order, I will be back!

  Terrible customer service in the bag/purse department. Employees stood around talking for so long that we didn’t even realize that they were employees. We were the only ones in the section at the time and they completely ignored us. Then as more people walked into the section they approached each person and deliberately skipped us. Just walked over and stood next to us, at this point I told my husband that I’d rather take my business elsewhere and the female employee just laughed. Nordstrom used to be known for their customer service, but this location is just going downhill.
