Today not so much, he kept looking over like we were going to steal something. Everything I picked up and wanted was placed at the register. The guy at the register seemed over it and not very personable. I’m use to such a cool atmosphere at the vans store this guy should be at Nordstrom, way too uptight to be in a skating store.

As soon as I got home and jumped on it to ride away I fell off and thought I hit a rock so I picked the board up and did it again and then fell again.. so I looked down at the board and realized I was missing a wheel the dude who set the board up for me absolutey sucked.. Everything on this is loose and now I have no bolt to hold my wheel on so I can't even ride my brand new skateboard and I have to go out of my way to go go back up to the mall to get new hardware... thanks alot.....what's funny is they had the board I wanted but not in the right size I asked if there was any other shops in the mall that would sell skate stuff he said no everything is low quality. Ironic. the second I went to Zumiez they had the board I wanted in the right size. Waste of time and money... I will never go back here and I recommend u do the same. ESPECIALLY FOR SKATE STUFF..
- SSsachelAug 26, 20255.0i love it, thats why it gets 5 start, but there is a worker i have had multiple problems with over multiple visits to the store. She has a lot of tattoos and piercings. when i went to buy shoes a little ago she was on her phone the whole time. i picked out a few pairs of shoes and asked for her opinion, she glanced up from her phone and gave me an annoyed look and said in a rude tone "why?" and then went to looking back at her phone and got upset when i would ask for help. i have had multiple great experiences here in general though.
