I have purchased a necklace, bracelet, earrings, and my friends and strangers always ask where did I get my pieces from? ♥️ I gladly tell them. I have been assisted by Zachary, China, Dawn, every employee at all the different locations are very nice. The cashiers, the watch repair even the guards at the front door in Novi and Bloomfield are always personable and smiling. Thank you.

I knew I was interested in a Breitling watch in MSU green and I found a watch online on the Tapper’s website. Samantha came up with the perfect sporty version and it was a winner‼️ whew, she saved the day‼️ Samantha also introduced Zachary Holder to me as I decided to do a gold exchange⭐️Zachary was extremely helpful and he swiftly took care of our transaction and I walked out of Tapper’s with a nice check and gorgeous watch‼️thank you Samantha and Zachary for your great expertise, knowledge, kind and helpful manner❤️💚

The ring had to be larger than 2.0 carat, with an excellent cut, and practically perfect color and clarity. Rhonda assisted us by showing us what loose diamonds were at the store. Tappers had a great inventory but that special diamond had to be ordered. Leza was instrumental in getting 3 loose diamonds to the store for our inspection. A week later the diamonds were at the store and we came in and selected the perfect stone and the setting. Brad put the selected diamond under a microscope and showed me the GIA inscription number on the girdle and helped me complete the purchasing process. The deliver date was 12/27. On 12/24, Rhonda said that the ring was at the store and ready to pick up. Beautiful finished piece. Brad put the ring under the microscope to show me the GIA number matched the certificate and had the ring cleaned to remove fingerprints. My wife was very pleased with the ring. Rhonda, Leza, and Brad made shopping at Tapers most enjoyable. Thanks for beating your promised delivery date.
