    Recently visited the Oakley Novi store and had the best customer experience I've had at any of their stores. Nick went above and beyond to help me (one item sold out while we were checking out and he helped us quickly figure out a solution) . He is 100% the reason I bought my husband's gifts there! This guy deserves a promotion!
