    Hi, I was being helped by a lady with curly blonde hair and thick accent. She was very rude to her coworker who was apparently just trying to provide chat about upcoming prices and changes. I understand sometimes there's a cultural thing where it may seem rude but its not but she was clearly being rude to her. She stated she had been here 14 years so she "knows everything" thats exactly what she said. So her co worker gave up and went on her break. I was quite appalled at the unprofessionalism. But if you've been there 14 years and this is how unhappy you are maybe, its time for a change. I understand a bad day, and even a bad life, but please dont spew it out on others. It took me a while to shake that negative energy off. Because I was in a very happy mood until that happened, then I noticed how grumpy I was becoming towards others after I left and I realized why. Negativity really is contagious. Other then that the shoe shopping experience was fun.

    I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. I came in after work looking for a specific shoe, and the staff had me waiting for a long time because they “forgot to check if my shoe was even in the back.” No one came to update me, apologize, or explain the delay. Eventually someone just came out and told me they didn’t have the shoe and offered to ship it, but by that point I was already frustrated. This could’ve been handled so much better. The first associate who went to check could have simply come back and told me the shoe wasn’t there. Instead, I stood around wasting my time for no reason. Customers shouldn’t have to wait that long for basic communication. DSW needs to be more attentive and respectful of people’s time.
