When I went outside for 2 minutes, the weather got colder, I went back in and politely asked if I could use the changing room to put on the clothes I had just purchased. The owner looked at me like I was going to steal something, paused for a full minute pretending not to hear me, and made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. If you treat returning customers this way, I doubt you’ll keep many future ones. The only positive part of the visit was the cashier, she was much friendlier and more pleasant to deal with than the owner.
