This is despite their website saying they take same day delivery orders as long as they’re received 2 hours before they close. I made this order yesterday, so there is no excuse of them not getting it there today. They called me earlier today and said their driver couldn’t find the house. So I had to ruin the surprise I had planned for a friend for her birthday to confirm the cross streets (that were exactly what Google and Apple Maps shown), and give them those, along with a landmark. Never heard back saying it was delivered, so called back and was able to provide them with my friend’s mom’s phone number, and then she called back and said they wouldn’t be going back there today because their driver was done after the last order they were delivering now. This store is only 6 miles away from the delivery destination. Very disappointed by the lack of care, especially considering I selected edible arrangements because they can do next day orders. I expected more from their brand.
