  Ordered strawberries and flowers and they forgot to deliver the flowers then when flowers were delivered 2 of the 12 were broken. Very poor quality.

  I received a fruit tray from here today and it was absolutely terrible! I called and they weren’t even willing to make any changes just take people money with un ripened fruit! The associate was very rude and bc of the unripened and the awful customer service I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know about this sale

  I ordered birthday gift for my husband from Muskegon Edible Arrangements. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I received a call from the store and was told that due to bad weather, the order will be delivered next day. I waited till 4 pm “the next day” which today, and called the store to check on the status of my order. I was told that it is still going to be delivered later today. At 6 pm I received another call and was told that my order won’t be delivered today due to weather, but will be delivered on Saturday which is 2 day from today. Well, what’s the point to get it on Saturday because my husband’s birthday was yesterday already. So, I cancelled the order and requested my money back. I am very disappointed with this kind of service. I used edible arrangements twice in Detroit area and was happy with their service.

  Absolute trash service. I spent $180 on a gift for my girlfriend's birthday and they disregarded my specific written and verbal instructions to hand the order to her directly. Instead, they left it outside in a blizzard and half the items blew away in the lakeshore wind, the rest my girlfriend had to literally dig out of the snow. The delivery driver didn't even knock on the door, she was home all day long. Terrible customer service throughout all the staff members I have dealt with. Zero consideration for the end result of their actions. Zero accountability for a business providing a so called "crafted high end experience". Now they are refusing to refund my purchase. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Save yourself the time, money, and absolute EMBARRASSMENT if you're looking to cultivate a truly thoughtful and unique experience for someone you love. Unacceptable in every way.
