- MWMichelle WNov 9, 20251.0Went in last night during their three day flash sale to get a kayak that was advertised for a Christmas gift and a pair of binoculars. Had to go to cashier to get assistance for the binoculars and ask about getting a kayak. Cashier said would call “manager” over to us. Waited not long and he shows up. Gives us the binoculars and then we ask about the kayak (which website for this store shows available). He tells us he doesn’t have any. I said then why is or on your flash sale. So he proceeds to tell us “that’s above my pay grade”. I complain further so he says let me call my general manager. Few minutes later he comes back and said he will go look in the shilping containers out back. Guess what…. A kayak! Lazy and rude employees. Apparently doing your job as a “manager” is not your pay grade and I will be contacting corporate about this.
