Walked in because a cup caught my eye and my family followed me in, we didn’t get far into the store when I heard one of the associates say “it’s 4 of them right”. Then as me and my daughter were walking out of their sight the women then ask if we needed help. I politely told her “No” and went to get my husband and son so we could get the hell out their store. Proper customer service should have greeted us as we walked in, but they were at the registers having a personal conversation instead. I’ve never stolen a thing in my life, we work hard for our money and spend well on what we want and need. I don’t personally frequent Dunhams or Midland to be honest but after today I won’t return to that location.
