- JKJanice KingJun 20, 20252.0Visited store manistee on 6-19-25. The sales girls working were very rude and lazy. Wanted to try on clothes she seemed annoyed to help. The cashier avoided eye contact and verbal interaction. Visit this store everytime we are in the area, these girls need to learn customer service.

Spent quite a bit of money… we retuned the next day with my small kids because of the toddler/kids section they have and the service was like night and day. Rude looks from the same employees (my only guess is because of the kids) and when my toddler needed to use the restroom they couldn’t tell me where the closest one was since theirs was not public. Luckily the shop nextdoor let us use theirs. Disappointing because we’ve shopped here the past 3 years when coming and will probably not return.
