We chose a Mendota gas fireplace from his showroom and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and professional during the installation and follow up - if I could, I would rate this business higher than 5 stars!! During the house renovation, mice found their way into the new fireplace prior to installation and Kyle worked with us to fix the issues caused by the mice - mouse damage was obviously not his doing, but he followed up quickly and we are 100% satisfied. In general, I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case Kyle Larson went above and beyond and my feedback and 5 star rating is well earned and Well deserved! BTW - our experience with Kyle on the moving side of his business has been equally stellar. We have used them twice and their service is awesome.
