  We came in for my husband's 40th birthday to finally buy some new boots. After 17 years in his old boots..bought for our engagement photos..worked in...played in...even re-soled..he was in need for new ones. He only wanted to go to Scott Colburn. It's like being in a close-knit families home, paying homage to the greats of western with memorabilia and antiques to soak in, while shopping a perfectly curated selection of western wear. Just the right amount of choices, variety and price points. Boots, hats, belt buckles, jewelry, bolo ties clothing, etc..all quality selections. Chris was very helpful in choosing the right fit boot and educating us on care. He showed us around the rest of the store ..where my husband found a shirt that fits him like a glove. He loves it! Chris even walked our things out for us. Impressive young man. Scott Colburn's daughter, herself, made us feel so welcome...like family. She really cares deeply about the customers, their experience, and her family and their history and legacy. I really enjoyed talking with her about how the store got started. We also look forward to enjoying some live music right in the store on Saturdays! I often say how I miss how things used to be. This is how things used to be...or better. The customer service is old fashioned in the best way.....the care is genuine....and the stories and heritage is palpable. I 10/10 recommend shopping here...hands down...but I recommend getting to know the people here, even more. Thanks for making today special. It was the highlight of our day.

  Visited the area with my husband and was looking for a pair of boots for an event. This shop was so cute and affordable for the quality. Will definitely recommend and return when we’re in the area.

  Went into Scott Colburns couple days ago. Hadn't been in here for years. My fiance and I wanted to shop a bit. Very very annoying sales lady. Like a leach on us. Never have experienced this type of annoying salesperson. Not even in a furniture store!! Prices way inflated.
