- CCClarenceNov 5, 20251.0Very rude the customer service rep was out of control she was very disrespectful I had my receipt I had bought the shirt the day before I bought it in which was today I had all of the things that I should have had to return my shirt she said she wouldn't return it and I asked her why she had she said it had a stain on it which there was no stain on the shirt then she replied me as this is why I can't work with you people straight Karen totally disrespectful and she threw me out of the building I would never go there again and I will be falling a lawsuit soon I called the police when they got there they took hers story and they took my story and thank God they understood what I was coming from and they said she was wrong and I was right and to just go to a different store when I went to a different store they gave me no problems whatsoever the exchange was made she was just being difficult so be careful going in the DXL store in Southfield on Southfield road very rude very disrespectful and racist !!!!!!!!!

The only one there who seemed happy to have me looking around was the man training the two woman were pushy and then basically non-existent.
