First off you never get information just 50 texts saying they are here to answer any questions, incorrect they just send another white glove message. Secondly they scheduled me with a shop that does not even do installs. In my very limited window I do not need the state coming for me due to their negligence. Thirdly trying to contact anyone to fix this huge communication issue is nill. Just save time and go to Intoxilock!! Fast easy free done
