She is rude and can't be bothered to help people, even in front of her manager. They must be really desperate for help if they keep her around.

Staff- female reticent to further help onshoe fittings. Like where toes r on shoe. Had to get other sales personnel to do that. Ridiculous. Another sales person another day sales person went out of way to help get correct product. So 50-50 good- bad.

- DDDrax Umis (Draxumis)Jun 30, 20251.0Waited and waited for service at gun counter 2 days in a row. When I went up front there were to young men looking out the front window laughing at something. I asked if they sold guns any more? The one young man said yes they did but they didn't have the help to post some one at that counter. I said you should tell a manager thats why the stores loosing sales He said he was the manager. I said dont you have some one watching the cameras to inform you of a customer at guns ? His replie was oh we dont watch the camras. Oh so no security either . I said seems to be enough help to stare out a window though.
