  I don't I've ever been to this place and it's not a wreck. I sincerely feel bad for the employees there because it seems like everyone just treats this place like crap. They have sizes petite up 3x. Their plus size section is a good amount of floor space. They also have men's and children there as well. Prices used to be much better. Lately you can't get an outfit for less then $50-$75 (top, bottom, shoes, accessories). They have some name brands, Ed Hardy, Puma, Calvin Klein, Baby Phat, Nike, Michael Kors, etc.

  From being in ft Myers FL past 17 yrs the one in Lansing has nothing as new or as much as Florida does, never any shoes, but they always seem to have way to much leftovers for big and tall

  I wouldn't even give one star. But I had too..... I haven't been here in yrs because I didnt like the store it is always messy. Today I decided to go in. As I was walking in the front door, I looked down and their was a 💉 outside on the sidewalk. As I walked in I seen families with kids. I walked up to the lady at the front desk and ask who is the one that cleans the outside of your store. With an attitude, she said oh we pay someone to clean it up. I said well there is 💉 on the ground on ur front door. I think someone should clean it up. She just looked at me. Well we looked around. Didn't buy anything. Couldn't find what we was looking for. As we walked out. I looked and the 💉 was still there. I won't be back... I understand i too have family on it and hurt me to see others as well. But ur running a store. Please make sure the outside and the inside is clean

  The lady inside the store has amazing customer service skills!!! She was so nice and helpful! She can really relate to her customers in a way I have never experienced from a retail shop! I really hope she's a manager/owner of the store because she's that great! Store was clean and well organized; I will definitely be going back!
