I got an email confirmation stating that the package was delivered on Father’s Day; however, my father never received it. After leaving many voicemails, there was no return of my calls. They suddenly delivered the package the next day, which was missing the $15 Father’s Day balloons we ordered. Not only was the package not delivered on Father’s Day, but was also missing a critical component. The delivery person said the package wasn’t delivered on Father’s Day because they were “too busy”. No communication and no effort to rectify their mistakes. Edible arrangements completely ruined Father’s Day and provided no explanation, sympathy, or refund for their mistakes. I will never order from them ever again and advise everyone to avoid this company. 0/5 stars!
