- DDDJun 5, 20251.0I ordered an arrangement for a death to be delivered same day. The store called and said they could not deliver same day. I told them to refund the order and I submitted a cancelation request online because I had a feeling it was not going to happen and I was right. I submitted another online request for refund after I received an email confirming the order was delivered. I called the store on Tuesday and spoke with Jim who was obviously annoyed I was asking for a refund. After asking me ridiculous questions and laughing, he abruptly cut me off and said he was completing the refund and hung up. I still have not received my refund. I'm going to call again today. I ordered from another store the same exact day for a different person and they also could not deliver but I got my money back with no problem.

Called multiple times and left VM with no response. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.
