- MMMelly MelApr 19, 20261.0DO NOT ORDER FROM STORE 706. On Saturday April 18th I ordered a few things for a relative birthday with same day delivery. I received an email stating my order was delivered it was not. I immediately called the store. An employee told me he will call me back he has to get in contact with delivery driver I waited for a call back he never called so I called the store back employee told me he can’t get in contact with the delivery driver and that there is nothing he can do about it because store was getting ready to close. I asked him ok so what’s next he said he can resend the order next day (Sunday April 19th) I told him it will be pointless and I’ll just like a full refund. He said he will talk to manager about processing my refund. Fast forward to today they are ignoring me I called over 10 times . Here I am out of over $100 .no order no refund not even an apology for the inconvenience. Also I will like to mention the employee told me that the delivery driver had a picture of my order being left by a door even though I OPT in for HAND DELIVERY. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because as you can see I am not the first this has happened to and I can assure you I am not the last!

No call from the manager, no trying to make it right. Just hey will give you fruit , flower and fruit are not the same thing, word to wise… DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. You can we see why their reviews are so bad… Do better edible arrangements! Support local florist (I would have but many are closed Sundays)
