  I do not recommend this company at all. I called them 4 days short of 4 weeks before my wedding to cancel my order because I no longer needed chairs. The guy on the phone says well you don’t get your $100 deposit back because it’s less than 4 weeks from the wedding… I was never told this rule, nor is it anywhere posted on his website. The guy showed absolutely no customer service skills and zero empathy that I had barely missed his made up cancelation policy. Such a bad experience. Not to mention so over priced.

  We attempted to rent from Chair Rental Co. On the day we were supposed to pick up tables and chairs for our son's grad open house, Rick called and said he would be out on deliveries and pick ups most of the day and to meet him there around closing time, but he would call. We received no phone call and decided to wait for him. And 1 1/2 hours after closing time he had still not arrived and no phone call. At that time there were 3 others waiting to get their rentals picked up. We finally called a few friends and family and came up with what we needed for our event and left. We will never go back to this place. So disappointed and upset!

  Over the last 5 years I have used Chair Rental Company personally, for my church and for the Kalamazoo Mud Run. Rick & Abby have never failed to met and exceed my requests' always checking and communicating as to the event. Our success to parties, events and gathering have be measurably increased due to the efficiency/effectiveness of Chair Rental Company Kalamazoo, MI. You will not be dis-satisfied.
