  I would like to put out a huge, huge THANK YOU to Grayson Jewerler's in Iron Mountain, Michigan, for all their help in recreating a very precious piece of jewelry I lost. It turned out exactly like the piece I lost and is just beautiful!! If you are looking for a piece of jewelry for that special someone, I highly recommend Grayson Jewerly first. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you all again!!

  I've bought a few rings from there over the past few years and they sold one for us. At that point they would have received 5 stars. When I purchased one ring I wasn't sure of the size. It was for my wife. At that time they told me since it was purchased there they would resize it for free. Complete bs. When we went in oh no we don't do that for free. Explained what I was told. No difference. They lost my business forever. I mean they're getting the excess gold because it was a down sizing. Regardless, I'm finished with them. I misunderstood nothing. I know what I was told. We came in right after I bought it and your company wanted to charge when they said it was covered in the purchase. I know you've tried to reach me but like I said I'm finished. My wife has been in there a few times in the past couple months. Against my advice. Every single time she was given a different a price for resizing. Maybe you need to train your employees better. I have no desire to speak with you. The only thing that would work is do what your first employee told me. Otherwise don't contact me again please.

  This place is just a beautiful thing. I have walked into this store in sweats and a Tshirt and also dressed up. I have been treated the same way (kindly and professionally) by all the the staff) The beautiful jewelry speaks for itself. I would recommend this place 10 times over.
