You would think that they would be prepared for teenage girls to come in, but they treated us very rudely; ignored me when I asked a question and started a new task. I was very kind and have always had good experiences. I never leave reviews, but “this is ridiculous.” Thank you to the girl that rang up our dresses, she was sweet and knew how to work customer service. As somebody who works in customer service myself, they did not treat us appropriately. We are paying customers, just because we are young, we aren’t trying to do anything but shop for our homecoming dresses. Safe to say I will be ordering offline next time.
