- DRDale Richardson2 days ago1.0Made a purchase on a Wednesday evening, the register printer did not print a receipt (6:52PM), the clerk then had to request via radio a reprint. I waited , waited, asked if it could be returned and then ring up on another register, told "no I would need the receipt"... waited, then finally via radio clerk told it would print out, it did not. They got it to print from a remote location at another register and was handed to me at 7:07PM. 15 minutes, and not an apology for the wait, just "Here's your receipt". The supervisor on the other side of the radio is to blame for the bad service. The whole time I waited, only 3 other customers came to the checkout, so not a busy time. Then my receipt has a survey option that gives a code of "XXXX XXX XXXX XXXXXX XXXX X" guess they don't want anyone to know about their service. Thanks Assoc:0393 for Tran: 2483

Unfortunately JcPenny showed a sale online and pick up in store. but if I would have gone to the store to buy it, it rings up full price.
