- MFMegan FarmerFeb 8, 20263.0I had my husband return a pair of snowpants that didn't fit. After purchasing him 2 options. When he arrived the team was having a hard time getting the receipt to scan. So they got a manager. A younger guy with longer hair came out, asked for his ID and then denied the return since he didn't have my debit card. Definitely treated him like he was stealing. So i had to drive out 25 minutes to make the return myself. Frusterating, since it doesn't state on the receipt or the website that you have to give the same card back. Also, to be treated like he stole and turned away, when he had the receipt with him. Not sure what they did with his ID, since they denied the return. I returned them yesterday to a very nice gentleman yesterday. He was having a hard time scanning the receipt as well. He wasn't sure why they gave my husband a hard time. He was very polite and took every attempt to figure out how to get the return to pull up. He did a great job! Unfortunately, we likely won't return.
