Went in to purchase a gun as my husband and I have done many of times. We got the unpleasant experience of dealing with Luke. He was fine until we were ready to buy. They were busy so I can only imagine he just didn’t want to do the paperwork. He said he would be right back, 20 minutes later walks out and helps a different customer. We are club members but after this experience, we won’t even be back. I get your busy but our time isn’t free either.

I love this store and seeing a couple employees I know (John and John). However, my low rating is due to y’all being open on Thanksgiving Day. This should be a day for your workers to be at home with their families, not working so Cabela’s can make more money. Not impressed.

I us charged twice the price for a pack pack than the tag on the shelf it was clearly in the correct place on the shelf it was marked for $89.99
At the register they told me its $289.00 I showed thr manager there mistake. He still told me I has to 1/2 the normal price. I was being pressured to make a decision i had bought a ton of stuff for going deer hunting. I looked the law he was supposed to sell it for the marked price. I think I paid as lest $150+ for a $90 backpack. Im going back today to see if they make it right? Nov 13, 2025 ill be there when they open i pack to leave i hope they dont keep me there for hours
I look up Michigan state law they should have sold it for the marked price now owe me a refund plus a percentage upto another $10.00

I have nothing but positive things to say about the people who work here. I got all the information (sometimes too much) and help that I needed when shopping here. I particularly enjoy browsing through the used boom stick section. Sometimes they have very nice items there. My only recommendation is to the business itself. You need more people at times.

I normally dont do reviews but Grandville cabelas is a waste of time you get no help at the gun counter and now they make you scan a app with your phone to do a appointment and the app does not even work. Tried calling them also to see if they had a specific gun that I was looking for and no answer. Save your money and go else where. Seems they have gotten to big, customer service sucks
