- JJjadeJun 2, 20251.0the redhead girl worker is disrespectful and unhelpful at the rivertown location. i brought my BRAND NEW 50 dollar giftcard for aerie and the lady named lily scanned my card once, and i put in the pin. then after she told me to do it again so she scanned it and i put the pin in. and then all of a sudden she said ok u owe 3 dollars and i said what? i have 50$ on the card. she said there was 23.50 on my card but my total was 26.50 for a pair of shorts and if u add those it equals the 50$. i shouldnt have had to pay extra because my card literally had 50$ on it and this was my first time using it. mind u she scanned it twice . literally makes no sense . i used a 5 and got 2 dollars back. we went back the next day and the redhead girl was complaining saying she had to get off her job and didnt want to stay for this. like hello? im right here. then we were told to just call customer service. it is inconvience that couldve been easily solved but they were unhelpful. my blood is boiling bruh
