  ​To the Management Team at Aerie, ​I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your retail locations. As a customer, I have consistently invested my time and money into the Aerie brand, drawn by your marketing of inclusivity and positive customer relations. However, after the treatment I received during a recent return, I will no longer be shopping at your stores. ​I attempted to return an item that was in perfect, sellable condition—absolutely and properly packaged. Despite following all return protocols, I was met with unnecessary questioning and an accusatory attitude from your staff. ​When a customer "invests" in a brand by choosing to spend their hard-earned money there, they expect a level of mutual respect. To be treated with suspicion when returning a quality product is not only insulting but also poor business practice. A return process should be as seamless as the purchase process, yet I was made to feel as though my integrity was being questioned. ​Because of this experience and the way I was treated, I have lost all confidence in the brand. I want to make it clear that I will never be returning to an Aerie store again. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no loyal customer should be made to feel unwelcome for simply exercising their right to a return.

  Very rude employees. Not very knowledgeable about their store. I found a tag on the shelf an the back side was way cheaper. Won't be shopping here again and they don't really care anyways.
