  Theo is the best budtender around! With an amazing voice for radio you will hear him announcing the next big songs very soon! The GM Hal is the most wonderful human in the world and if youre lucky enough to catch Reggie or Emmery bouncing around, then you know its a good day! Do not pass up this gem of a cannabis store!

  I cant say enough good things about this place. The team is absolutely one of the best i have ever bad the honor of working with. The facility itself is the nicest in GR. Seth is a joy to work with and always so patient (have just dealt with him alot) I will definitely be back!

  I gotta give it up to Hal, and his crew at this location. I first came in and there were discrepancies,but without attitude or rudeness, Reggie and Hal took care of it, promptly. Justice is a very good listener, and it feels like talking with a friend from the past. Jarrek is always super enthusiastic and ready to point you in the right direction especially when it comes to concentrates. Seth knows his way around the flower like 2nd nature. Max is always smiles makes you laugh and feel like you are at home, always has good suggestions.I highly recommend this place , if you are looking for a positive shopping experience.

  Avid marijuana smoker for far to long and I've been to at least 90% of the dispensaries here in and around town. A lot of the places feel manufactured or they are pushing a product I may not want.. totally different vibe at Timber l amazing staff, great selection and the quality is fantastic so far! Everyone took care of me and I can't tell you how awesome my free pre roll was that JJ picked out for me! Keep it up guys!!

  Heard good things about the Timber Grand Rapids store from folks in Zeeland. Took a drive to see for myself. Wow!! Nice new store and friendly reception. I noted his store has a dizzying supply of products. I was greeted by JJ who inquired how he could help me. He asked questions concerning what I needed and zeroed in on what products would best fulfill my needs. What was really nice about JJ is that I didn’t feel rushed and we took our time discussing the pros and cons of the various product lines. JJ provided warm and friendly customer service. I will be coming back to Timber and passing along the five star rating to others here in Zeeland. The only negative thing that occurred at the store is that after I left I didn’t leave JJ a proper for his time and caring. Sorry dude. I’ll ask for you and make up for that on my next visit.
