Emily was especially awesome — she really listened to what I was looking for and her product knowledge is incredible. The store itself was clean, organized, and had such an upbeat vibe. It’s so nice to shop somewhere where the employees genuinely care about helping you and give outstanding customer service. I highly recommend checking them out!

- MPMads PApr 1, 20252.0One staff member made me quite uncomfortable. I did not ask for help when looking at jeans as I have been the same size in MW for the past 10 years and knew what to grab. I asked her for a fitting room and at no point shared my size with her or any of the other sales associates. I came out ready to purchase the jeans and she says, "How did those 25s work?". Which I felt was odd because she just assumed my size. I never said I was a 25 so I was confused, also for reference I am a 23. I thought maybe I grabbed the wrong size so I said, "What? Did I accidentally grab a 25?", and looked at the tag to see I was in fact holding a 23... I said, "Oh, these are a 23. I'm a 23." She responded baffled like that couldn't be right. She then says, "I'm a 23...", and I was like, "Ok? Me too haha..." and she proceeds to check me out quietly after this exchange. I don't think it's ever appropriate for a sales associate to assume a client's size. Also the fact that she was trying to imply that we could not be the same size was really odd to me. I'm not sure if this was a misunderstanding or her trying to imply I was bigger than her, but regardless a SA should NEVER assume a customer's size. Extremely odd interaction.

After 15 minutes of this, the manager finally came over and did the entire thing in 5 minutes. She told me, ‘it takes as long as it takes...’ no apology.
