  Olga is super knowledgeable on her Deli and customer friendly. If you ever questionable on anything I promise she’ll point you in the right directions and make sure you get a good bang for your buck 🫡

  I went here fairly regularly for a while. Had some decent deals. That is why I was originally giving a two star. Yet there are too many reasons not to change to a one star. First off, one day I ordered a special deal online. Yet upon getting there I was told what I clearly read online was not applicable. Now the last two times I have gone and put in a pick up order, they claim to have not received my order online both times, and it wasted my time having to wait in the back till it was put together. I clearly asked for sativa's as well and was suggested two pre rolls that aren't and I wasn't even told what one was called. They even suggested I ordered from a different location, when clearly I had been there many times and knew what I was doing. If you don't appreciate your loyal customers I will move on, no problem.

  Love the Fulton St. location but was by here and put in for a pickup order approximately 2.5 hours before I picked up. Show up to curbside, call the number and the guy says my order isn’t ready because they got busy. Says it would be way easier if I just come inside. I specifically placed a curbside order because I had my kids with me. He comes out and says they’re out of the 1/2 oz. I ordered. Brings me an 1/8th of their house brand as a substitute. Dude acted really annoyed *he* had to deal with *me* Never coming back here and neither should you.

  I stopped in for my second time today, Olga was very helpful and friendly the entire interaction. Her customer service and vibes will be the reason to go back. Also the selection of kush is top tier. Highly recommend cloud to anyone.

  I don’t personally know much about cannabis, but Sam made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Her customer service was outstanding. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel awkward asking questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find what works for them. Cloud Cannabis is lucky to have her. I’d absolutely recommend stopping in and asking for Sam!
