- VHVickie HuizengaJan 1, 20261.0If I could give this store a zero I would. I went into exchange two pair of leggings for my grandchild for the right size. It was snowing and the waist band was damp not damaged. The girl at the front desk rolled her eyes when I walked up to the front desk. They refused to exchange them. I let them know how wrong and unhappy this made me. The manager wasn’t much better. I took them to another location told them about it and they saw nothing wrong with them and exchanged them.. I also took my granddaughter to Lulu instead and spent a great deal of money that may have been spent in Arie I told her from now on let’s just go to Lulu. Your loss Arie do better. Hire a staff that wants to do their jobs and by the way they talk about shoppers and think customers don’t hear. They didn’t know someone was in our group and overheard them. All you have to do is scroll down and read other reviews to show you what kind of staff works here.

I was looking for a specific set of rings and women’s pants on a wish list and the staff went above and beyond to help me! When we couldn’t find the items on the floor, they went to the back room & were able to find my items. The girls helping us were so nice and accommodating, never making us feel rushed or like a burden. It was such a positive experience and we will definitely be back to this location for all our AE & Aerie needs :)
