  I had a great shopping experience at Carhartt, and a big part of that was thanks to Emma. She was incredibly helpful throughout our visit—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products. Emma took the time to answer our questions, offer helpful suggestions, and make sure we found exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service like that goes a long way, and it definitely left a positive impression. I’d happily shop here again because of the excellent service we received.

  Walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, was greeted by 2 employees. Kristy stopped folding clothes, walked over, introduced herself and quickly showed me where the lined, workwear pants for women section was. I tried them on, and bought them. I'm a 12/14 (the pants fit fine), but sized up to a size 16 in case I wanted to add a baselayer since these are winter work pants. Kristy was VERY friendly, informative and kind. Being outside in freezing temps boiling maple syrup and working on our property requires warm and durable clothes - for women! The workwear pants (lined!) have been a GAME CHANGER for working outside. Thanks Kristy for being so welcoming and Carhartt for making pants that actually FIT a women's shape, yet are durable and most importantly, WARM! These pants are like wearing pajamas. Oh and thanks for the free poster - sweet! I'll hang it in our garage above the workbench!

  First time visitor. I was the only one browsing in the store and never got greeted or offered help. Came in with money to spend and intended to buy a gift. The guy on the laptop never even looked up and the woman folding clothes didn't say a word. Pretty off-putting so I took my business elsewhere. The store and products were nice. Staff, not so much.

  Bart and Joe were super helpful when I had to do a return! The size I needed wasn’t in stock for the replacement, so they took the time to help me find a comparable jacket and ordered it to be shipped to my house. Bart’s knowledge on the products was super helpful and I really appreciate the time they took to find the best jacket! Thank you!
